Cancellation Policy

We at Blue Lion Sportfit are dedicated to delivering exceptional training services to support your fitness journey. We recognize that situations may arise necessitating adjustments to your scheduled sessions. To ensure fairness and maintain our service quality, we have established the following cancellation policy:

24 Hour Cancellation Policy :

All appointment cancellations must to be made twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled appointment time to not be considered a “no show.” In the event the client “no shows” for their scheduled session, the client will be charged for that session. Sessions are filled on a first come first serve basis. Group Sessions are not allowed to be rescheduled during a different time. Arriving for appointments on time is required! 

Monthly Session Usage Policy:

All Training program sessions, of any number of sessions purchased, must be completed by client within one (1) month of the payment date. If sessions extend beyond the above state prior, then the remaining sessions of the agreement are considered to have lapsed and will immediately discontinue. The completion date will be extended when a signed doctor’s note received stating a medical reason, which prevents a personal training session program to be completed within the normal allotted time period.

Trainer's Availability: If your assigned trainer needs to reschedule a session, we will make every effort to provide a suitable alternative time or trainer.

Communication: All rescheduling and cancellations should be communicated via official channels: phone, email, or our online booking platform. Changes made outside these channels will not be valid.

We believe this cancellation policy maintains a fair balance between client needs and trainer commitments. Your understanding and adherence are greatly appreciated.
