My training with Coach Freddie has helped me physical , mentally , and spiritually. His training has helped my game elevate to an intense level. Especially playing on the basketball floor with all the exercises we do to help the glutes and muscles. He has increased my core strength. The training increases your jumping ability and running ability also.

All the things we’ve worked on has helped my game and body tremendously to stay healthy. Also, the positive talks with Coach has helped me through some difficult times. There were days I would be down about some personal life situations, and I wouldn’t want to workout and put in the work. He pushed me through to want to overcome and block out the negative thoughts.

Working with Freddie during Transfallmation has been beneficial for me in lots of ways. Firstly and least surprisingly, I’ve toned up physically over the course of the 8 weeks we’ve trained together. I feel good about my gains in strength and more confident about the way I look. More importantly, however, is what Freddie has taught me about posture and the way I carry myself, the way my bones, muscles, and joints work as a unified system of strength and mobility.

I had a bad ankle break almost 10 years ago and it wasn’t until I began working with Freddie that I realized my posture, flexibility, and gait had been dramatically affected by the injury and the way my ankle healed. Working with Freddie has helped me regain flexibility in my ankle and also made me more mindful of the way I carry myself.

Overall, the most beneficial aspect of working with Freddie has undoubtedly been the psychological strengthening I’ve experienced as a result of our training and his encouragement. My self-esteem has improved a lot over the last 8 weeks and I find that I just feel happier and more positive emotionally as a result of our work together. The Transfallmation experience definitely exceeded my expectations, by and large due to Freddie’s guidance

Freddie Barnes is a phenomenal sports trainer. Workouts are full body, dynamic, fun and challenging. He is not like any other trainer, he knows how to accomodate to each client, and athlete. He listens and engages on all levels. Beyond that, he has a work ethic that i deeply admire, and that alone is probably the best inspiration one can ask for in a trainer.

It takes a village.” Unless you have Freddie Barnes. My son, now 15 and a high school sophomore, has been training with Freddie for the past 3 years. In that time, my son has
learned to properly stretch, lift weights, rehab, enhance nutrition and hydration, appreciate sleep and, overall, how to “listen to” his body. This has translated to better awareness, mobility, and strength on the football field and tennis court. But, perhaps more important, is my son’s growth off the field. Freddie’s empathetic demeanor, encouraging attitude and willingness to share his own story is helping my son build a sense of self confidence and emotional resilience he’ll be able to use in any aspect of his life. He’s been more than a coach and fitness trainer, he’s been a friend and confidante. I’m truly thankful.
