Freddie Barnes
Freddie Barnes, a former NFL wide receiver and a standout in collegiate football, holds an impressive array of qualifications and accolades. He is certified as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist by the National Strength and Conditioning Association and has achieved Reflexive Performance Reset Level I and II.
During his illustrious career, Barnes set the NCAA All Division record for the Most Receptions in a season with 155 catches. His skills on the field also earned him the honor of being an FBS All-American wide receiver and a finalist for the Fred Biletnikoff Award, recognizing the top receiver in college football. In addition to these achievements, he is a proud graduate of Bowling Green State University, where he has been inducted into the Athletic Hall of Fame.
Building on his remarkable career and extensive expertise in strength and conditioning, Freddie Barnes took his passion for athletics to the next level by founding Blue Lion Sportfit. His vision was to create a platform that not only trains athletes but empowers individuals of all fitness levels to reach their full potential. Under his guidance, Blue Lion Sportfit has grown to become a beacon for personalized training, innovation, and excellence in the world of fitness and sports performance.
